Campo Basso is a great place to live. The property is well kept and well managed, maintenance is routinely done.

It really depends on which building you live in and who your neighbors are. The best way to deal with any issues is to go to the office and talk to the manager. She is amazing and always so helpful!

Frankly the apartment is great. The only problem I have is that I can hear my neighbors, upstairs and downstairs really well while I'm in my living room. I don't know if it's because of connected piping or vents or just thin floors. Obviously I deal with it, but you wouldn't do these reviews if you didn't want my opinion so that's it. Also the smoke detectors are really sensitive, I can barely brown something in my oven and it will go off. Fortunately and hilariously I can predict when it's going to go off and it's become more of an amusement for me than an annoyance.
